Lisarte is a self start-up mini business founded by Lisa Low, designing customised products using calligraphy style writing in her free time. She knew she wanted to do something on her own, and her dream was always to run her own business.

She taught herself calligraphy, and she believes that with much practice, it gets better and better. She manages all aspects of Lisarte, from sampling materials to designing to surveying audiences in the initial period. She manages her accounts & sales records and sets the prices. Lisa also manages her own brand on social media platforms, as well as interacting with other brands and her customers, creating collaborations, and is active in writing E-mails for professional use. She also engages her brand in pop-up markets for events and made donations to the Singapore Cancer Society from her event sales. She was then offered an exclusive invitation to be an SCS’ Charity Ambassador. All the admin work, on her part, behind such partnerships was also fully done by Lisa. Lisa also took the initiative in designing her own name cards and corporate stickers for her products.

Recently, she also started designing logos for other companies. She believes that this is one area that is absolutely interesting and worth delving into.

Lastly, this very website you’re on is purely set up and managed by Lisa. She believes that the concept of a brand displayed through its web and logo is crucial in setting an impression for her buyers. She’s really grateful for all the support she has gotten thus far!
